Thanks for your interest in my work.  I’m a food photographer in Chicago, obsessed with eating well, cooking with fresh, whole foods and shrinking the distance my food travels.  I’m at farmer’s markets multiple times a week and love that I know who grew my kale and who raised my pork chop.

I am involved in an ongoing special project you’ll find in the Urban Agriculture category:

March 3 Garden Project — Ellen Malloy is an experienced restaurant publicist who now operates Restaurant Intelligence Agency, an online restaurant marketing tool.  She turned over her entire urban back yard to gardening in 2010 and together we’re learning to succession plant, deal with bugs and plan for winter with our hoop house. When we plant too much of one thing, say, lettuces, we feed them to the chickens! Catch all my posts about this project here: Urban Agriculture.
