That beet pic is a riot! Grant, great photography as always.
I want to hear of some good recipes that go with the lovely vegetables. I’m seeing a Chinese herbalist and acupuncturist now (did I tell you I blew one of my lumbar discs?) and I have to mend my food-processed ways. Any good cook books to recommend?

Personally, I think the wineberries look the best! I thought they were raspberries at first…turns out I was wrong! They look VERY similar!!
