Social Media Workshops

Wondering how to use Twitter and Facebook to better promote your business? Not sure where to start, how to use the tools or what the best strategies are?

Join Grant Kessler and Cleetus Friedman to get inspired about these terrific tools!

Plug in to any or all of our four part workshop series:

  • Session One will cover the nuts and bolts of using Facebook, setting up and administrating a Page properly, posting, liking other Pages and posting from your phone.
  • Session Two will cover Twitter use, how to set up and manage an account, how to follow people, reply, mention, shrink links and the use of hashtags.
  • Session Three covers strategic use of social media tools to market your business. Learn social media etiquette and how to create networks to promote yourself beyond your own followers.
  • Session Four covers use of Hootsuite, a social media dashboard tool to manage your accounts, schedule posts, search and follow topics and engage potential new customers.
These are hands-on sessions. Be sure to bring your laptop (preferred over iPad), smart phone and all login info for any existing accounts you have. We’ll help you work through use of the tools!
